Shipping Specifications

Below you will find all the information regarding the shipping specifications.

Shipping parameters in terms of timing and costs may vary based on the type of goods purchased and the delivery address, especially if it is outside the borders of Italy.

When processing your Purchase, the Available Shipping Methods, the cost and the estimated delivery date of the order will be displayed.

Orders are taken in charge and processed during our working hours (Monday - Friday - 09.00 \ 13.00 - 15.00 - 19.00). For this reason, orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following day, while orders placed during the weekend will be taken in charge on the following Monday morning.

All orders placed after 4pm will be processed the same day but shipped the following day.

Production and Shipping Times

The Shipping Times indicated in the product sheets of the clothing items are inclusive of the processing times required for their production. As regards the products in stock, the shipping times will be indicative only of the delivery time of the goods by the courier, i.e. 24 \ 48 hours.

If an order should present goods with different shipping times, the system will notify a delivery time equal to the longest of those of the various products selected.

Spedizione a Domicilio

Per le Spedizioni Harmony offre un servizio di Spedizione Standard con lievi maggiorazioni solo per la Sardegna e alcune isole minori. Il tempo per la Consegna va considerato a partire dal momento della ricezione dall’email di conferma d’ordine.

Costi di Spedizione

Italia Esclusa Sardegna - 6.95 €
Sardegna e Isole Minori - 10.50 €
Estero - Variabile in Base alla nazione.

N.B. Per alcune nazioni estere andrà addizionato, al costo della spedizione, la spesa per le operazioni doganali.

Track your Shipment

At the time of shipment, a confirmation email will be sent in which the customer can find the code to track the shipment.

Registered users can also find the code in the "My Orders > Order History" section where they can check the order status and find all the information about it.

This code can be entered on the website www.gls-italy.com in the specific section dedicated to tracking where they can check the status of the shipment.

Delivery and Failure to Deliver

The delivery by the courier takes place from Monday to Friday during office hours at the delivery address specified by the customer. It is not possible to make appointments with the courier to agree on specific delivery times.

If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not available at the shipping address or by telephone, the courier will leave a notification indicating the number to contact the carrier and will in any case attempt to deliver the package for two consecutive working days.

Orders that after these procedures cannot be delivered to the customer will be sent back to our office.

Returns Policy

Ritiro in Sede

Per i clienti della zona è attiva la procedura del Ritiro presso la nostra Sede, selezionabile come metodo di consegna dell’ordine. Quando la merce sarà pronta, al cliente sarà inviata una mail che notificherà lo stato “pronto per il ritiro” il quale potrà a quel punto recarsi in sede per il ritiro della merce.
